Sam T. Dogg is completely out of his element. He’s super intelligent, a highly-skilled pilot and has the most common sense of anyone aboard the "Steel Duck." Also, no one takes him seriously because he’s a dog.
Wait… Wouldn’t that sign mean you had to come in WITHOUT shirt and shoes? Generally, that sign is succeeded by “no service”, but it isn’t in this case. If it was, then it would mean you couldn’t enter without a dog.

Made me remember and old Garfield cartoon (animated, not the awful CGI) where Garfield and Odie get to a store and had forbidden signs that he explained to Odie: “This one means ‘No Drinks allowed’, this one means ‘No Food allowed'” Then he looked at a picture of him inside a forbidden sign,started saying “and this one…” and then he turned to the camera and smiled.
