Melonpool

Hi all!

Sorry to do this in the middle of a storyline, but I am swamped with work this week outside of Melonpool. Coming right on the heels of the Thanksgiving holiday and a temp job, I ran through my buffer again. It always amazes me how fast I can burn through a week of comics. It seems like it takes a lot less than seven days!

The good news is that the next three weeks are more-or-less written — I just don’t have time in my schedule to do everything I have to do and draw the comic. I would rather devote the time and attention to these strips than to rush through them. You;ll see why after they run!

Currently, I’m doing a week-long temp job and building a giant dragon puppet for a local production of Shrek: The Musical. You can follow my progress on my Instagram feed. It’s a race to the finish as the puppet (which will be between 12 and 14 feet long) is due Friday! I’m happy to be finally working again– but all these back-to-back jobs are eating into my comicking time.

Anyway, If you’re a Patreon supporter I’ll post the strips early for you guys as I finish them Everyone else will have to wait until December 13 for the next installment.

Sorry! But I’m sure you’ll think it’s worth it after I return!
