Fro 1999-2012, I published the original run of the Melonpool strips in oversized-trade paperbacks, complete with commentary on what was going on behind the scenes. These “Ultimate Melonpools (or TUMs for short)” were the only way to get printed versions for a lot of years before I recently republished all of the strips in the “Old School Melonpool (or OSMs)” format this last year.

In 2003 shortly before I published the fifth Ultimate Melonpool, I had a massive computer crash that wiped out all of the files for the “Melonpool III: A New Hope.” Thanks to a friend of mine, I had a pdf of the mostly-complete book and cover, but it wasn’t up to Amazon’s print-on-demand standards and kept being rejected.

Over the last couple of months I completely rebuilt the missing volume completely from scratch, spurned on by people suddenly buying the TUMs again. I think the old versions’ bindings weren;t the greatest (mine have all fallen apart, as ell), so maybe people are updating their collections.

Anyway as of January 2015, all six of the TUMs and all seven of the OSMs are available in the store.

And the 1996 comic book version of Melonpool — The Melonpool Chronicles should be ready for purchase in a few days!
